Default feeling dizzy and sick during period

    Hi
for the last few months a couple days before my period and during it i feel really dizzy and sick. Its a feeling like i havent eaten in days and i am weak.

I will be going to the doctors to get checked.
Im thinking i may need to take some iron tablets or something. I am fine during the rest of the month until it hits the time i get my period.
I am a bit worried it might be a menopause thing. My mum went threw menopause at 31 and the doctors have said we will most probebly go threw it early aswell.

    Any suggestions?

I get dizzy at that time of month as well, I just increase red meat consumption and take some iron tablets. I should take them all the time but I just take them while AF is here. You can get some from chemist

Eggs, spinach all those iron rich foods. Maybe up your intake of them when you know its getting close to AF arriving.

if it contiues to worry you then a quikc visit with the GP will give you some answers

Rather than iron it could be blood pressure, mine can get very low and make me sick... I have been so bad I have been given an injection to assist...
