Zumba??
Anyone tried Zumba at home? How did you find it? I'm starting it tomorrow and will be doing it 4 mornings a week. Just wondered what others' experiences are.

Oooh, I'll be starting Zumba at home this week too - just building up my confidence to get started! I've used it before I did my knee playing netball and I loved it!
Good luck!

Not quite the same but I've got zumba on wii... it honestly is great, so much fun. I do need some practice though as I don't really have any rhythm in my body at all, but for a work out the time goes so quickly and makes working out so much fun.

I have never sweated so much in my life!! Really enjoyed it though and couldn't have been too bad, my DD didn't laugh at me

Very tempted to get Zumba and/or dance games for the Wii now we've finally got it going again. Have got Smurfs Dance Party for DD, can't wait for it to arrive and have a boogey to 'Who Let the Smurfs Out'

I tried it once at home, but only when DH had gone out, otherwise he would have laughed at me coz I'm so gumby
but it was a real work out.

TRied the 45min toning workout today. Hard work, but good fun. Will be doing the 20min express workout during the week before work and leave the longer ones for weekends. I admit to saying WTF when he said, "This is the cardio part of your workout" and I was already sweating and puffing

I'll be the opposite to everyone and say I didn't enjoy it. I am unco at the best of times and I just didn't get into it. I much preferred my biggest loser workouts (30mins each) and found they did more for me. I did try it again a few times to make sure it wasn't just an one-off. DS who's 3 loved it though. In the end I would put it on to watch him get into it
