What brand? advice needed!

Hi girls

I thought i would starts a new topic for this. I have recently posted about coming off the pill and have a few more questions.

I have never used tampons before and im wondering what brand or sort you would recommend me to get??? Also, what brand of pain relief do you find works best? And which iphone app is best for tracking periods etc?

I use carefree or libra, just the regular sort. if you have a light flow the slim or mini ones are good.

Do you mean pain relief for period pain? Because it is a muscle pain ibuprofen works better than paracetamol, so Advil or Nurofen are best.

I don't have an iphone and didnt know there was an app for tracking periods! I usually just write it in my diary as AF
