Congratulations Miss C!!! That's wonderful news indeed ... here's hoping that everything goes well and you'll soon have a little brother or sister for Jake. Keep us updated with your progress.
Merry Chistmas to everyone and best wishes for 2011.

First time mum at 41
Hello everyone
Not sure if anyone still on this thread, but I will be first mum at the grand age of 41 (+5months) this week sometime. I'm due in 2 days time, but think the little monkey is quite happy in there at the moment so am playing the waiting game at the moment.
Would be nice to hear from other mums my age

ok I have to be the absolute oldest here by far. I am 49 and my husband is 35, been together 12 yrs neither of us ever had children before. Both is us healthy and fit, and I must say I am healthier now than I have ever been really.
My first baby is due 3rd or 4th August.
I will now go and find my "due in" group.

Hi Angie and Lisa,
Angie - you must havehad your baby by now. What did you have?
Lisa - Congratulations on your pregnancy - how exciting. Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy. My DD was an August baby and I had her after I'd been married for 12 years. I was too busy doing other stuff to think about babies until then
