    Hi all,

I said I would not be a stranger. I am healing and feeling better about things. I am back into weight loss this week have lost 12.2kgs so far, have so much further to go.

The family. DD is going well has got herself 2 jobs both casual but it's hard to get work these days. Two of my sons are off to TAFE next year one doing residential drafting the other pre-app for construction. The rest I am homeschooling, except for DS who goes to special needs school. Sam is being assessed for autism next month so it's possible we will have two on the spectrum but he is higher functioning so I can teach him at home. He does have issues with handwriting as he has hyper extensive joints (double jointed) so his fingers collapse under stress.

So what's happening with your families and Dija that means you too.

I havent done a proper catch up in awhile so

Eldest DD is almost 14 now , she is off to high school next year and is about to head off to Canberra for a weeks camp will be an interesting time i think , she is coping better with her processing disorder but we are back seeing her theraist more regularly now ( every 3 weeks ).

Eldest DS is about to turn 7 not sure how he did it , he is in yr 1 now and loving it . He is a gentle soul who is a big thinker and can come up with quite complex play at times.

DD 2 i about to turn 5 and is trying to be 10, she taught her self to read and is a btter reader than her brother already , she is very tall and they are often mistaken for twins when out together , she is almost finished kindy and does pre entry next term before starting school next year , she is my little helper who makes the kids beds and cleans up for me, she plays with the baby and loves her cubby now i have painted it and put the kitchen set and change table for dolly down there.

DD3 is 3 1/2, she is still sick and still has immune problems that has stopped us being abe to vaccinate her , she does 2 days of day care to try and get her to talk and we are about to start speech therapy with her int he hope she can talk by the time she is settled into kindy which she starts first term next year too. She is a little character who can be very cheeky at times but loves dora and dancing.

DS2 is now 21/2 and is our chumpy monkey, he is a real farm boy he loves his tractors and bikes and trucks , he also goes to daycare 2 days a week and loves it , he loves his sandpit and just being outside
in general, cant believe he is growing up so quickly, he is a real toddler boy.

Baby girl is now 8 months old and we have been told she has a genetic disorder we are jsut waiting for the blood work to begin, i still think she has mild downs so we are testing for that too, she doesnt roll or sit or eat yet and just today she started saying baba kinda otherwise her only noise is squeeling for happy, sad , upset, angry , tired so she has been a very hard child to read. We are doing speech and physio with her as well as a dietitian and pead, opthamologist, geneticist, neurologist, respiratory specialist and she was born with VSD that thankfully has patched over and she has one small hole that will have to be fixed when she is 5 or 6 so we also see a cardiologist too for echo's but we are nnow up to a year before he wants to see us again.

We know in the next few weeks we will have another baby and we are still trying for another one of our own yet too , on top of this we ahve had 4 bad years on the farm in a row and this year doesnt look any bettr. We are trying to get a loan to build a new house on the hill but gtting a loan as a farmer is not easy. We live in an old falling down prefab farm house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom so its getting squishy now.

So that is us how is everyone else going ???????

Hi all, haven't been on in such long time I hope everyone is well would love to hear updates from all. I've got news number 6 is on the way I'm due late may, ive been hanging to tell someone but as some of you may know telling people that your having another baby doesn't always come with a positive attitude. This will be our last child and while I'm so excited I know I'll have to put up with stupid comments from people...
Has anyone else had to put up with others nasty comments about having a large family?

Megs that's wonderful news Congratulations!! Don't think we have had too nasty comments most respect our decisions although I suppose DMIL telling DH it was about time to get the snip was rather rude. Just ignore them it is your life your choice. After all someone has to have the babies when others are choosing not to.
