Wii Fit
I'm wanting to get healthy and fit.
I've barely exercised a day in my life as I'm thin (apart from all that lovely excess skin courtesy of my twins!) and am one of those people everyone hates who can pretty much eat what they like!
But I'm not fit and I would like to be able to have more energy and motivation to keep up with my boys.
I was thinking about joining a gym, but I just don't think I'd be able to find the time to go, especially as DS#4 is only 8 weeks old and exclusively breastfed and my other three boys are only at daycare two days and I work one day a week.
So my question is, could you use a Wii Fit as your sole source of exercise and it be enough to get you fit?
Thanks in advance.

I had wii fit and its great when you are with alot of ppl for a laugh, but i have have bout wii active and have used it for about a month now and when i use it i am sore, i find it works more for me and it works out a complete workout for you, you can also pick and choose what u want in the workout to pinpoint the areas you want more work on

So in my opinion i find Wii Active is wayyy better
I got mine for $79 at JB hifi

I started a thread on exactly this topic, you can do a search for it and read the responses (I'd find it for you but I'm on my phone). I decided not to buy it coz it was going to cost me hundreds to buy the wii and wii fit. Instead, I've made an effort to eat more fresh fruit and veges and less calories (only minimal changes so far, no drastic diet here, I'm too lazy) and have been exercising at home-squats, lunges, sit ups, tricep dips etc. Until last week, the only equipment I'd used was a 20 year old 1.5kg dumbell given to us by a friend. I'm proud to say I've lost 3kg, flattened my tummy noticeably (the comments are awesome when people notice) and am using the tighter holes in my belts! You honestly don't need to spend money to get fit. Get out and jog to the nearest lightpole, walk till you catch your breath and jog again. You'll be amazed how quickly your fitness improves.
I swam and I swam, and I damn well made it!
