I have Scanpans which I love. DH and I got a set of the stainless steel ones with glass lids as a wedding present 5 years ago and they are still going strong. Im not overly keen on the fry pan as it's not non stick but otherwise they are great. We just have a cheapy non stick frypan from Ikea which has turned out to be one of the best non sticks we have ever had lol
Hope that helps

mundial knives here too. very expensive but you will never have to replace them if you look after them.
raco saucepans and scanpan frypan and griddle pan here.
try kitchenwaredirect.com.au if you work out what you want and can order online. they were great to deal with, anf the delivery arrived very quickly. they are having a big sale at the moment too.

I have Raco saucepans. They have been brilliant, have had them for about 7yrs and no problems. I got them from Myer on sale, in a big pack which had 2 frypans, 4 saucepans, a steamer etc. Quite expensive but not as expensive as scanpan.
I have a knife set from myer too, they say 'tools of the trade' on the knives but I got them many years ago too, they are not very good, so steer clear of that brand even though I have been too lazy to upgrade them. The steak knives that came with the set are good though
That was a myer brand too, I think it was $100-150 for about 5 knives + 6 steak knives, I remember thinking that was expensive at the time but now realise that was cheap for knives!

I have a Scanpan knife block set, and Cuisinart cookware. In total cost me around $2000 through Victoria's basement. Well worth the money though, they've been going strong for 4 years now and I love them.

Thanks ladies, i was looking on the net last night and DP and i ended up getting a 10pce Scanpan Impact set, which comes with 1 frypan (so will get either a swiss diamond or la chasseur one as well) and an 18pce wusthof knife set! Feel very spoilt and i cant believe we got the 2 things for under a $1000.00....
