Baby/beauty pageants...?

argh i am just so saddened by Ashlynn (think thats her name) did you see her face after her mother put her down?? its only for a few secons but it shows so much saddness.

the other one will prob grown up thinking the world revolves around her and thats just not what you want your little girl to become. and to hear her put down her sister.

these littles girls know nothing else. the stupid mother just makes me sick!!! and the father hes almost as bad for not puttin his foot down. how can he sit and watch what happens and KNOW 1 of his girls is getting put down.

The best word to describe those photos is SAD.

I only watched a bit of that video but I agree the mother of the twins is not a good mummy!

umm going against the grain but those photos are staged/posed.... so that maybe why they are looking sad.not smiling.....

I was entered into some pageants/little miss contests as a kid and I loved it I won trophies and sash's. In Aust they do exist but not to the extent of some of the US ones....

If you listen to the video those photographs are how the girls wanted to pose.... not how they were told to pose.


I'm not saying Beauty pageants are ok and pretty etc... but theres always more to the story...

But maybe those with older DDs show the pics to them and see what they say....

i think alot of airbrushing has been done. those photos are too smooth if that makes sense!! it just doesnt look realistic so there has to be some photoshop done to it too.

poor girls. how can they enjoy that sh!t!! im an adult and would hate to be put on parade like that.

I think the eyes look so unreal because they've been whitened so badly. They've definately been photoshopped, just not very well...

I've always found child pageants to be so bizarre and horrible. They get prizes for not looking like children anymore I can't imagine how damaged their self esteem is going to be when they grow up.
