my sons stuffed a heap of polystyrene up his nose when he was about 2 - we had to go to the docs to get it out - yyou're lucky she could blow it out

now you have to do that talk - a nose isn't a storage place LOL

Ever see that episode of House where the kid shoved a toy up his nose? He then shoved a police figure or something up there and finally a fireman. Apparently he knew from TV that firemen rescue people and that's why he put it up there - to rescue the others

We've had "the talk". DD looked very serious and said she wouldn't put sweeties up her nose again because if she did she wouldn't be able to eat them when they come out

it reminds me of a scene from 'Everybody loves Raymond'

when robert is interrogating the 'prospective caretakers' of rays and deborahs kids - and asks them how they would remove a rice bubble from the kids nose....

Lol apparently i did this when I was about 2, and it was a peppermint flavour....

My mum rushed me to hospital as i couldnt tell her what it was that i put up there just that it was stinging adn i was crying...they couldnt get it so i had to wait til it disolved.

My mum said the only thing i did that was worse than that was eating blue loo when i was about 2 and a half lol

She just came rushing up to me crying.... she'd put a hairclip in her lip and closed it.

What is with my child today

EWWW. Things up noses are gross!!

My DD#1 has shoved a pea up her nose, on 2 separate occasions... she was able to blow it out luckily but the talk didn't work for her the first time. Can I also admit that she was about 4 or 5 at the time...

We've had two sultana up the nose incidents recently, first time I was able to get it out with my fingernail and the second with tweezers, no more sultanas here except under strict supervision, DD doesn't really have enough language to tell me what happened and I have so far failed in teaching her to blow her nose. Both times I was having visions of long emergency room visits!
