Oh, I know how you feel! ....i've had about a million colds since DD was born. One thing that the pharmacist said I could take while BF'ing was Ease A Cold tablets - they must be herbal I guess, but they seemed to help. They're a Day/Night ones, you may even be able to get them from the supermarket..... Otherwise, just the non-medicated nasal spray and as much rest as you can get! Hope you get better soon
