Now I have been thinking about this for a few days now......bearing in mind that having two brain cells going in the same direction is a real challenge......

are you calling me a nutter !!! am I talking in riddles in the middle of the night.... am i completely paranoid...

i only have one friend IRL thats admits to being a nutter (suffers from depression...that will admit to it)...we can have a good laugh sometimes about the nutty things we do...and what a struggle it can be....

as for reading a book...that requires concentration.....i am hard up reading a whole thread on births....

keep smiling...

Nah,it was directed at Twilight actually. she and I were having a MSN convo in the middle of the night as we often do about random things.

I tend to find if I read a book or get up when I have insomnia,it will enable me to go back to bed quicker IYKWIM?

And I was talking about depression with another friend actually, and she uses behaviourial methods to deal with hers, which I am slowly learning. I think I have indicated on births before that when I am stressed whether it is emotional or physically (ill health) or work related,I tend to get depressed and the cycle just continues.
