What's going on in there? - Things are going so smoothly that I can't help wondering if bubs is fine. I don't feel anxious but from time to time I do wonder if bubs is still there because I can't feel a thing. However, belly is getting ever so slowly bigger and as of today I seem to be getting a bit hungrier. Looking forward to our 20 week scan on 29 March so I can see bubs again and stop wondering.

Male colleague - Had to laugh today. One of my immediate work neighbours put a copy of the Herald Sun on my desk and said 'I was reading this on the way in and there is a story here about pregnant women, and I thought of you. Maybe it will have some useful advice'. It was a story about a program for supporting obese women who are pregnant with dietary advice and such like. Now I am a tall person and not in any way petite, but I'm not overweight (and no I have no delusions I'm really not!). So an article on obesity in pregnancy would be useful to me because??? Anyway had to laugh to myself. I know he was just trying to be kind (the big dodo!).

Wow, you took that well! I would have thrashed around like a wild, very vocal banshee, smacking him over the head with the paper before tearing it to shreds and throwing the pieces around like confetti.

I'm impressed at your attitude! Go you.

Thanks CC. I know it's just fellas can be total dolts sometimes. I did miss a good opportunity to put the wind up him by pretending I was deeply offended, but I don't want to scare the fellas who sit nearby too much as I know their intentions are good.
However, they could use a bit of education!!!!
