The End

Well I have completed it! I did my last session today and ran for half and hour. It is not 5k but 4k I am happy with that!

I really struggled today and thought I was not going to make it. It was so hot in the gym and they had moved the fan . I was SO hot and I am still feeling quite exhausted.

I not sure what I will do now. I will probably continue running but not so much - maybe twice a week just to keep the fitness up. I was thinking of trying to build up...

Final Week Yippee

Last week felt so good. Each sesson I ran for 28mins with no major problems! I am so proud of myself.

This week is the final week and involves 30mins of running.

Week 8 Two weeks to go

OMG I only have two weeks to go. I completed four workouts this week - running for 25mins. YAY!

I am so happy that I can actually run for that long. I have never ever been this fit in my life! When I started I did not think I could do it. But I am pretty confident that I will have no troubles with the last two weeks!

Week 7 this week

Yesterday I ran on the treadmill for 25 mins. I was so happy with myself! This week is just running for 25 mins - no stopping or walking.

Feeling a bit run down this week - have not been sleeping well so i am hoping I can find the energy!

Week 6

Yay, three weeks to go. I managed to get through last week and ran for 20mins at my last sesson without stopping. I was very impressed with myself! However I had to lower the speed on the treadmill. I am thinking I will work on the timed running rather then distance then once the program finishes I will increase the speed.

I am really enjoying it and generally feel a lot healther! I am really proud and a bit suprised I have made it his far!
